This is a known problem when sending mails via Outlook. There are 2 possibilities to solve this problem:
- Don't send the mails in Belcofin/Accowin via IMAP(outlook) anymore but via SMTP (menu > parameters > general > tab email).
This way, e-mails are sent via Belcofin/Accowin and no longer via Outlook. At SMTP server you have to fill in the SMTP server of your internet provider.
- At telenet this is uit.telenet.be
- For skynet this is smtp.skynet.be
- If you have another provider, you must ask your provider what the SMTP server is.
