How can you make an easy screenshot?
You press the following buttons at the same time: Windows logo + SHIFT + S
That will give you the chance to draw you screenshot of the part of the screen you like.
Once you done that, you can just paste it in the ticket or in the e-mail.
Then you can say what the problem is and send it to us.
We also like to see full screenshots of the programme or the problem.
