After creating the file on the Storage disk, you can download it locally by moving your mouse at the top of the screen until a cloud icon becomes visible (you must move your mouse over the location where you see the cloud icon below).

You need to click on this cloud icon. Then you will see all the files that are on the storage and you can click on the download icon to download a file to your local computer.

Upload:

At the top of the screen, move your mouse until a cloud icon is visible (you must move your mouse over the location where you see the cloud icon below)

After clicking on the cloud icon, you can click on the 'Choose File' button and select the file on your local computer that you want to upload to Accowin Online.

After the file is uploaded, you can find the file in Accowin under the Storage folder
